Booth Associates LLC offers online AI education courses, downloadable resources, the CAAP certification program, and done-for-you AI consulting services. All digital course purchases include:
- Instant access to purchased course content upon payment confirmation
- Lifetime access to self-paced course materials
- Access to any workbooks, templates, and checklists included with the course
- 30 days of personal access to Randy Booth for questions related to course content (where specified)
3. Payment and Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your payment card information. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
4. Refund Policy
All digital courses and downloadable products carry a full 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. 5. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, frameworks (including the RACE prompting framework), trademarks, and intellectual property on this website and in our courses are owned by Booth Associates LLC and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

6. CAAP Certification
The Certified AI Adoption Practitioner (CAAP) credential is issued solely by Booth Associates LLC. Enrollment in the CAAP program does not guarantee credential issuance - successful completion of the curriculum and assessment is required. Booth Associates LLC reserves the right to revoke a credential if the holder misrepresents its scope or uses it in a misleading manner.
7. Consulting Services
Done-for-you AI consulting engagements are governed by separate written agreements entered into at the time of engagement. General website terms apply to initial inquiries and communications only.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our courses, materials, and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that course content will be error-free or that your use of AI tools will produce any specific business outcome. Results depend on many factors including your business type, effort, and application of the material.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Booth Associates LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product or service.
