Include your full name and order number in the email. You'll find your order number in the purchase confirmation email sent at checkout.
We will confirm receipt of your request within one business day.
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days from the date we confirm your request. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution - typically 3-10 business days after processing.
